Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
You can download products via a link sent to you by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for executing the download will be sent within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:

- As soon as you complete an order with Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website where you will need to enter your login information. If your currency is not supported by Paypal, it will be converted to US dollars.
If you are facing payment challenges, here are a few tips that usually help:
I could not pay with my credit card or debit card?
1: Make sure that you have entered all the information correctly. This includes the credit card number, the expiry date, the security code and the billing address.
2: Check whether you have sufficient funds in your bank account.
3: Check whether the limit for which your card is authorized for online transactions is high enough.
4: Refresh the page, or log out completely and then log back in.
5: Simply order again instead of trying again and again.
6: If your payment is still rejected, please contact your bank.
By default, all credit card companies block international payments for security reasons. The cardholder must apply for the card to be unblocked.
7: You can also pay with PayPal using your credit card or debit card as a guest. It is very secure.
8: Try another card.
9: Try to pay for the order with PayPal if you have a PayPal account.
The payment with Paypal does not work?
1: From our experience, PayPal has a transaction limit. Please contact PayPal for this.
2: According to PayPal's rules, the delivery address and the billing address must be the same. Otherwise the payment will not be authorized.
3: If all of the above does not work, we recommend that you try a credit card or debit card.
